WOLF PARADE ARE BACK!

It’s been a great couple of days for fans of Canadian rock n roll. First, we get news of the first new album (in five years) and tour from Vancouver’s psych rockers Black Mountain…but hold on to your hats because now we have word of tour dates for Montreal’s Wolf Parade! The four-piece had been on a hiatus since the tour for 2010’s Expo 86 had wrapped up, but that doesn’t mean the two main songwriters from WP haven’t been keeping busy…Dan Boeckner put his Handsome Furs project to bed, but starred along side Spoon’s Britt Daniel in the successful Divine Fits, as well as bringing his new band, Operators, to life. While, Spencer Krug has continued to release new music with Moonface and Sunset Rubdown.

The band say they are working on new music, which fans will get a taste of if they make the trek out to either New York, Toronto or London…they will play residencies in all three cities!

See the dates below…

New York – Bowery Ballroom, May 17-21

Toronto – Lee’s Palace, May 24-26

London – Scala, June 14&15
