THE DEBUT RECORD FROM MUZZ COMES OUT JUNE 5TH

Muzz, an all-star group featuring Interpol’s Paul Banks, The Walkmen’s Matt Barrick, and Josh Kaufman of Bonny Light Horseman are ready to release their self-titled debut via Matador Records on June 5th. There should be some pretty easy camaraderie between this bunch as Banks and Kaufman have known each other since their teen years and Barrick has worked with Banks in Banks + Steelz, his project with RZA. Apparently the band have been recording together as far back as 2015, so the hopes are high that the rest of the material is as strong as the lead singles “Bad Feeling”, Red Western Sky” and “Broken Tambourine.” The trio wrote, arranged and performed the record at a Philadelphia studio they co-bought.
